I am attaching a report authored by Fletcher Wilcox, Grand Canyon Title's Vice President of Business Development. You will see, the news is good. Sales are up and prices are low - maybe not for long.
June ARMLS residential sales were 9,350 beating the 9,284 in May 2009. Last month Fletcher reported that May 2009 was the eighth best month this century for residential sales. June overtook May as the eighth best month pushing May to the ninth best month.
The ARMLS median home sales price was at $125,000. This was also the median homesales price in February 2001.
